Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of flight dispatch experience.
• Valid Flight Operations Officer/Flight Dispatcher License.
• Knowledge of flight planning, NOTAMs, weather analysis, and regulations.
• Strong communication, decision-making, coordination, and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Plan and dispatch flights with operational flight plans considering weather, NOTAMs, fuel, and other requirements.
• Coordinate with Pilot in Command to ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Monitor real-time flight operations and weather conditions.
• Support safety and emergency response with timely information.
• Maintain accurate flight records and coordination with stakeholders.
