Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics manufacturing or operating SMT machines.
• Knowledgeable in schematics and troubleshooting automation.

Responsibilities

• Programs, loads, and operates SMT assembly machines according to work orders.
• Performs routine preventative maintenance, cleaning, and debugging of SMT equipment.
• Inspects PCBAs for soldering quality, component placement accuracy, and defects.
• Monitors line efficiency and conducts solderability tests.
• Records production logs, non-conformance reports, and maintenance activities.
