• Provide regular reports to management on budgeting, maintenance schedules, fleet utilization, and performance progress.
• Supervise and coordinate the acquisition, assignment, utilization, repair, and eventual disposal of fleet vehicles.
• Verify that drivers and mechanics possess valid and appropriate licenses and certifications; ensure completion of required training.
• Supervise drivers to ensure compliance with schedules, safe driving practices, and company policies.
• Monitor and analyze fleet operations, developing methods to reduce operational costs and increase efficiency.
• Ensure timely preventive maintenance and repairs to avoid service interruptions or vehicle breakdowns.

Air conditioning

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations of ACU maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all air conditioning systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose ACU performance issues, including electrical and mechanical faults.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance logs, and equipment inventory.
• Prepare reports on system conditions, completed jobs, and parts usage.

Facilities Repair and Maintenance

• Perform basic repair and maintenance on building structures and facilities.
