Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in fleet sales development/management in the Philippine automotive sector with a strong key client network.
• Ability to develop and negotiate with fleet clients and manage relationships effectively.
• Excellent market planning and execution capabilities with a proactive and responsible work attitude.
• MS Office proficiency for planning and reporting.
• English can be used as the working language.
• Willingness to travel frequently for business.

Responsibilities

• Based on HQ strategy, formulate and follow up on fleet sales development for the Philippines.
• Expand channels for key clients (travel platforms, large rental groups, taxi companies) to hit targets.
• Maintain relationships with key clients, conduct on-site visits, product demos and training.
• Lead large-scale bidding, quotation support and contract negotiations to maximize profits.
• Control payment periods and collections to ensure good credit and reduce risk.
• Monitor competitors' activities, explore industry opportunities, and issue regular briefings.
• Perform other tasks assigned by leadership.
