We are seeking an experienced Fleet Safety and Security Officer to oversee the safety, security, and regulatory compliance of our fleet and logistics operations. This role plays a vital part in protecting our drivers, assets, and cargo by implementing safety programs, conducting inspections, leading incident investigations, and ensuring compliance with transportation and occupational safety standards.

Lead safety and compliance initiatives across fleet and logistics operations
Conduct accident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
Perform regular fleet inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments
Ensure compliance with DOLE, OSHA, transport regulations, and company safety standards
Deliver safety training, toolbox meetings, and emergency preparedness programs
Monitor and maintain safety equipment, PPE, spill kits, and emergency response readiness
Conduct driving assessments for heavy vehicle operators (10-Wheelers and Tractor Heads)
Coordinate emergency response during accidents and operational incidents
Track regulatory permits, certifications, and compliance documentation
Bachelor's Degree in any 4- or 5-year course
BOSHC Certified or accredited as Safety Officer 2 (SO2) or Safety Officer 3 (SO3)
At least 3–5 years of experience in Trucking Operations, preferably within the Petroleum Industry
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Safety Officer in trucking or logistics operations
Valid driver's license with the ability to drive both Manual (MT) and Automatic (AT) vehicles
Capable of conducting driving tests for 10-Wheelers and Tractor Heads
Strong knowledge of:
Occupational Safety and Health Standards
HAZMAT handling and Emergency Response
Risk Assessment and Incident Investigation
Fleet Safety Audits and Regulatory Compliance
Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications
