Job summary

The role demands a minimum of five years in fleet management, proven cost-control skills, and proficiency with fleet management software. A driver’s license and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet management.
• Proven track record of cost reduction and efficiency gains.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, safety regulations, and Philippines transport rules.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency with fleet management software and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and road-safety knowledge.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Certification in fleet management is desirable.
• Experience with GPS and telematics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fleet operations including deployment, scheduling, and route planning.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure regulatory safety compliance.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate drivers and support staff.
• Track fuel consumption and operating costs to improve efficiency.
• Prepare and manage the fleet budget within allocated limits.
• Maintain records of maintenance, hours, incidents, and compliance.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and safety audits.
• Develop fleet policies to promote safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams on timelines and updates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
