Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related course.
At least 1–3 years in administrative support, fleet coordination, or logistics.
Experience handling drivers, scheduling, dispatching, and trip documentation.
Strong organizational and scheduling skills; proficient in MS Office; attention to detail in documentation and compliance.
Willing to work flexible hours (for early or late dispatch monitoring).
Ability to multitask and handle urgent scheduling conflicts, with good interpersonal skills and a teamwork mindset.

Manage day-to-day fleet operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and trip documentation.
