Job summary

Asia Brewery Incorporated is seeking a Fleet Compliance and Logistics Coordinator to oversee technical processes for fleet management in Pasig. The role focuses on vehicle maintenance, inventory control, safety standards, and collaboration with Warehouse Operations and Sales/Marketing to ensure efficient fleet performance and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Mechanical Engineering degree or BS Management and at least three years in transport, with strong negotiation and detail

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or BS Management.
• At least 3 years’ experience in the transport industry.
• Good negotiation skills and keen to details.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop technical processes and guidelines and ensure strict implementation of Fleet policies.
• Monitors and conducts inventory management for fleet assets.
• Act as customer service representative of Sales Logistics who provides technical/support and fleet requirements.
• Evaluate, review and endorse vehicle repair requests through FMS portal.
• Resolve vehicular accidents and operational issues related to unit condition and standard vehicle inspection protocols.
• Prepare annual OPEX/CAPEX project proposal and technical training programs.
• Perform on-site audit, checking and inspection on quality of work of service provider and sales offices for fleet units and parts installed based on the approved request.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Operations and Sales/Marketing Teams to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure that vehicles are compliant with company fleet safety and regulatory guidelines regarding weight limits and environmental standards.
• Facilitate/conduct trainings to educate vehicle users on basic troubleshooting and road safety.
