Eight Under Par (Pawnshop Operator), Inc. is seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee daily vehicle usage, location tracking, and performance across the company’s assets in the Philippines.

The role involves coordinating preventive maintenance, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and ensuring compliance with registrations, insurances, and permits. You will manage insurance claims, report incidents, supervise drivers, and support procurement or disposal of vehicles while maintaining accurate asset

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of fleet management documentation experience.
• Experience organizing vehicle records, registrations, and maintenance logs.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle Fleet Monitoring and Management: Track and manage the daily usage and location of all company vehicles to ensure optimal allocation and efficiency.
• Maintenance Coordination: Schedule preventive maintenance and repairs and keep accurate service histories for each vehicle.
• Documentation and Compliance: Ensure vehicle documents are up to date, including LTO registration, insurances, and related permits; maintain records of acquisitions, assignments, incidents, and disposals.
• Insurance and Incident Management: Process insurance renewals, claims, and coordinate with providers; assist with incident reporting and documentation.
• Driver Supervision and Performance Monitoring: Maintain records of driver assignments, licenses, certifications, and training; address issues with HR or fleet management.
• Vehicle Acquisition and Disposal: Assist in procurement of new vehicles and coordinate disposal or sale of old units; update asset registry and notify relevant departments.
