Job summary

SF Express Philippines Inc. is seeking a Fleet Management Executive to oversee maintenance, repairs and daily vehicle operations in Laguna. You will coordinate repairs, PMS, mileage tracking, fuel usage and driver trips to ensure safe and efficient fleet performance.

The role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of fleet management software, and excellent communication. You will monitor usage, schedules and condition of vehicles to support reliable transportation services.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vehicle repairs and PMS to ensure maintenance is completed on time and vehicles stay in good condition.
• Regularly monitor and record vehicle mileage to track usage and maintenance due dates.
• Monitor and record daily fuel consumption to track usage and identify anomalies.
• Conduct daily inspections of vehicles to ensure safety, cleanliness, and good working condition.
• Monitor daily vehicle usage, including trip details, drivers, destinations, and purposes of travel.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitoring of Repair and PMS

Monitor vehicle repairs and Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS) to ensure that all required maintenance is completed on time and that vehicles remain in good working condition.

• Monitoring of Mileage

Regularly monitor and record vehicle mileage to track usage and determine when maintenance or PMS is due.

• Monitoring of Daily Fuel Consumption

Monitor and record the daily fuel consumption of each vehicle to track fuel usage and identify any unusual or excessive consumption.

• Daily Vehicle Checking

Conduct daily inspections of vehicles to ensure they are safe, clean, and in good working condition before use.

• Vehicle Usage Monitoring

Monitor the daily use of vehicles, including trip details, assigned drivers, destinations, and purpose of travel, to ensure proper and authorized vehicle usage.
