Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering; licensed is an advantage.
• 5–10 years of leadership experience in heavy equipment management and dispatch.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction site operations and batching plant support.
• Experience with GPS telematics, fleet tracking, and preventive maintenance scheduling.
• Proven track record in third-party equipment rental management and fuel control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet, equipment availability, PMs, and lifecycle management.
• Direct site logistics for batching plants, batching operations, and quarry sites.
• Enforce GPS tracking, geofencing, engine-hour monitoring, and anti-pilferage controls.
• Audit fuel consumption variances and manage vendor/rental billings.
• Lead service center: maintenance programs, part procurement, and renewals.
• Ensure ISO 9001:2015 QMS and safety compliance.
• Direct, coach, and evaluate dispatchers, mechanics, operators, and drivers.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering

Master’s degree in Engineering Management or Logistics
