Job summary

SPX Express Manila is seeking a logistics professional to manage truck deployment, route dispatching and monitoring to ensure on-time execution.

You will coordinate with dispatchers and drivers, develop optimized route schedules, run productivity simulations, and generate measurable reports to drive performance and cost-efficiency for SPX.

A bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field and strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration or related field.
• Proven experience in transportation/logistics; emphasis on linehaul operations is a plus.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to forecast and plan.
• Excellent communication and coordination with drivers, dispatchers and teams.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Workspace.
• Experience with logistics software and real-time tracking tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.

Responsibilities

• Deploy trucks and dispatch routes, monitor execution.
• Schedule trucks, handle callouts and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers and stakeholders for route assignments.
• Monitor truck locations against scheduled routes.
• Create optimized route schedules considering distance and time.
• Run productivity simulations and models to improve operations.
• Generate reports and drive performance improvements.
• Support cost-efficient projects for SPX.
• Review truck attendance weekly and monthly.
• Perform duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
