The Rigging Corporation is seeking a Trucking and Dispatch Manager to oversee trucking operations, vehicle dispatching, fleet utilization, and transportation scheduling at our Calamba, Laguna site. This role ensures safe, timely, and cost-effective movement of project cargo, heavy equipment, and materials in alignment with company policies and regulations.

The ideal candidate will lead dispatchers and drivers, optimize routes, monitor costs and performance, and maintain compliant documentation

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field.
• 3–5 years in trucking, fleet or dispatch management.
• Experience with project cargo or heavy equipment is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily trucking, dispatching, and fleet operations.
• Coordinate truck assignments, schedules, routes, and driver availability.
• Ensure safe, timely transport of cargo and equipment.
• Monitor operations for efficiency, costs, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead dispatch staff and coordinate with managers across departments.
