Job summary

The Rigging Corporation in Calamba, Laguna, is seeking a Trucking & Dispatch Manager to oversee trucking, dispatch, and fleet operations. You will ensure safe, timely deliveries of equipment and materials while optimizing routes and resources.

Qualifications

• Experience in trucking, dispatch, logistics, fleet management, or transportation operations.
• 2–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of trucking operations, route planning, dispatch procedures, and fleet management.
• Experience in construction, rigging, heavy equipment, logistics, or industrial services is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet or dispatch management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Calamba, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily trucking, dispatch, and transportation operations.
• Supervise dispatch personnel, drivers, and fleet coordinators.
• Plan and optimize delivery schedules, routes, and vehicle assignments.
• Monitor fleet utilization, vehicle availability, and transportation performance.
• Coordinate with operations, project teams, clients, and suppliers regarding transportation requirements.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of equipment, materials, and project resources.
• Monitor driver compliance with company policies, traffic regulations, and safety standards.
• Oversee fleet maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs when necessary.
• Prepare operational reports, transportation metrics, and performance analyses.
• Manage trucking and dispatch budgets while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Investigate and resolve transportation issues, delays, and customer concerns.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
