• Monitor undelivered sales orders through the SAP system.
• Coordinate with delivery drivers and warehouse sections.
• Prepare requisitions for pier deliveries.
• Assist with other operational tasks as needed.

• Plan and schedule all customers orders, ensuring they are scheduled within the lead time period
• Coordinate with customers regarding the estimated time of arrival (ETAS) and delivery details prior to the scheduled
<>Process necessary documents, including loading arrangements for warehouse use and time-slips for delivery personnel
• Monitor undelivered sales orders through the SAP systemto prevent unserved orders or scheduled exceeding the lead
• Coordinated with delivery drivers on scheduled-related concerns and with warehouse sections on loading-related matters.
• Prepare requisitions for all pier deliveries.
• Perform other tasks that may assigned to support operational needs.
