Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field.
• Experience in transportation/logistics is a plus.
• Knowledge of regulations and compliance.
• Strong forecasting, planning, and analytical abilities.
• Clear communication and coordination with teams, drivers, and truckers.
• Proficient with Google Sheets and Google Workspace.
• Familiar with logistics software and tracking tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and dispatch trucks and monitor routes.
• Manage truck schedules, callouts, and execution.
• Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, and stakeholders for route assignments.
• Monitor truck whereabouts on scheduled routes.
• Create optimized route schedules considering distance and time.
• Run simulations to improve productivity.
• Generate reports and drive performance improvements.
• Support cost-efficient projects for overall SPX.
• Review weekly and monthly truck attendance.
• Perform duties assigned by the reporting manager.
