Philippine Manufacturing Co. of Murata, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Staff – Fixed Asset Management to join our Finance team in FPIP 1 Tanauan City, Batangas.

You will maintain fixed asset records, track asset movements, and support month-end and year-end closing activities. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 1–3 years of accounting experience (with at least 1 year in fixed asset management), strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–3 years accounting experience, with at least 1 year in Fixed Asset Management.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fixed asset register accurately.
• Record acquisitions, transfers, disposals, depreciation.
• Perform fixed asset reconciliations with GL.
• Coordinate physical asset inventories.
• Monitor capitalization per policy.
• Prepare asset-related schedules for reports.
• Assist with month-end/year-end close.
• Support audits with asset documents.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
