Job summary

ETT Workforce Management Service, Inc. is seeking a Fixed Access Network Engineer for the BGC Taguig area. The successful candidate will utilize their advanced telecommunications knowledge and customer service skills to provide technical support, develop solutions, and assist with troubleshooting tasks.

A strong background in DSLAM, MSAN, OLT, and CCNA qualification is a must. This full-time position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

FIXED ACCESS NETWORK ENGINEER for BGC Taguig area

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will utilize his/her advance knowledge of telecommunications and excellent customer service skills in this position to:

• Provide technical support service to customers independently or jointly with a technical support team.
• Develop the technical solution and issue the design documents: HDL, LLD.
• Provide detailed information on how to set up, configure, and upgrade Access Network Products.
• Pre‑sales support for testing, bidding or holding workshops in the field of Fixed Access Network.
• Track and solve all technical issues that appear during the testing/workshop/bidding activities, provide to the customer the necessary technical support and suggestions, keep good cooperation with the customer, workshop attending if required.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and identify network / application issues.
• Use various department tools, technical knowledge, lab equipment and online resources for providing the technical solution to customer.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Familiarity with DSLAM, MSAN, OLT, MXU, FTTX, GPON, xDSL, management and monitoring systems (U2000).
• Strong customer service experience, technical support and troubleshooting skills.
• Minimum of 1 year of telecommunications customer service/technical support experience.
• CCNA qualification is mandatory.
• Capable of taking initiative to identify, resolve problems and improve work environment.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time and prioritize them accordingly.
• Good spirit and adaptability.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
