Job summary

Tasty Habit is seeking a dynamic Club Manager for our Holy Spirit Quezon City fitness club. You will oversee daily operations, drive membership sales, and lead sales, fitness and operations teams to deliver outstanding member experiences.

The role requires strong business acumen, results orientation, and the ability to execute membership retention and marketing plans. You will manage performance, budgets, staff recruitment and onboarding, ensure safety and cleanliness, and report on key metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred.
• 2–3 years of fitness club management or sales experience.
• Proven sales leadership and team management.
• Strong customer service and retention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and overall club performance.
• Lead, supervise, coach, and motivate sales, fitness, and operations teams.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase membership sales, revenue, and retention.
• Prepare monthly sales, marketing, and membership retention plans.
• Monitor sales, expenses, targets, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Recruit, onboard, and train club employees.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with accounting and support departments for payments and documentation.
