Job summary

WSP Philippines, Inc. is seeking a skilled professional in CFD modelling and technical analysis. The successful candidate will develop advanced 3D models for fire growth and smoke movement, perform assessments, and collaborate with architects and engineers on large-scale infrastructure projects.

A Bachelor's degree in fire, mechanical, or civil engineering is required, along with 3+ years of CFD modelling experience. Familiarity with FDS, PyroSim, and evacuation modelling tools is essential. Join us to work on landmark projects!

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of dedicated CFD modelling experience in fire engineering.
  • Expertise in FDS (Fire Dynamics Simulator) and PyroSim.
  • Evacuation modelling experience with Pathfinder and/or buildingEXODUS.
  • Strong grasp of fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and combustion principles.
  • Knowledge of building codes and fire safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop advanced 3D CFD models for fire growth and smoke movement.
  • Perform ASET/RSET assessments and tenability analyses.
  • Assist in optimizing smoke control, exhaust, and natural ventilation designs.
  • Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and structural teams.
  • Manage modelling workflows to meet strict project deadlines.
