Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in systems applications development, full stack, in the financial sector.
• Familiar with payment gateways, ACH and network switch architectures.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and attention to detail; resilient and execution-focused.
• Strong programming, database programming and administration, system design, stakeholder management, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure software systems across the full technology stack.
• Estimate and forecast build effort, meet deadlines, identify risks, and align work with user needs; document architecture and workflows.
• Perform unit and integration testing; participate in code reviews; maintain clean, secure code and share knowledge.
