Job summary

Neutron Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer in the Philippines to design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable applications.

You will work across the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver robust technical solutions. You will write clean, well-documented code, optimize both client-side and server-side components for performance, participate in code reviews and CI/CD pipelines, and stay current with industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in computer science or software engineering.
• Proven full stack development experience with both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and cloud/container technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement full stack solutions using modern front-end and back-end technologies
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into robust technical solutions
• Write clean, maintainable code that adheres to coding standards
• Develop client-side and server-side components for performance and UX
• Participate in code reviews and CI/CD pipelines
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance bottlenecks
• Contribute to scalable system and database design
• Work with version control and CI/CD processes
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and share knowledge with the team
• Participate in agile sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
