Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Deep domain knowledge in banking/financial services is required.
• Proven ability to guide customers through digital transformations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to articulate fintech architectures.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to establish market positioning and brand authority in fintech.
• Act as a driver for enabling new business models and communicate market trends to senior leadership.
• Capture and share industry best practices across global ecosystems and associations.
• Define business/technical solutions aligned with customer needs and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demos to support sales with pre-sales guidance.
• Gather market feedback to influence product development and optimizations.
