The role requires strong business sense, technical prowess, and customer-facing skills to design solutions, deliver demonstrations, and support successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years in fintech, banking, payments, or enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to identify customer needs and opportunities.
• Conduct discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with prospects and clients.
• Develop solution proposals aligned with customer goals and requirements.
• Support opportunities from initial engagement through contract closure.
• Identify upselling, cross-selling, and account growth opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into technical solution designs and workflows.
• Collaborate with Product and IT teams to ensure feasibility and scalability.
