Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. is looking for a Product Manager to join GCash in Metro Manila. In this role, you will define the product vision and manage the development process for innovative financial solutions. You’ll collaborate with teams and stakeholders, lead vendor assessments, and ensure continuous improvement of product value.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance and 1–2 years’ experience in cyber-security and fraud management. This position offers career growth and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in cyber-security and/or fraud management product and project management.
• Strong knowledge of fraud and security risks, typologies, and trends.
• Excellent communication and engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and manage the product development process.
• Create the feature sets, business stories, and user stories needed for the product.
• Consult relevant teams and stakeholders to produce the design and product specification document.
• Conduct research to identify cyber‑security and fraud solutions.
• Lead the vendor selection assessment process, including POC, RFI/RFP, and vendor discussions.
• Manage post‑launch activities such as post‑mortems, production issue resolution, demand backlog, sprint reviews, retrospectives, product operationalization, and benefits realization.
• Identify additional features to fix product issues, enhance product capabilities, and find other improvement areas.
• Continuously monitor product value to ensure it remains effective, maximized, and optimized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, business development, finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in cyber‑security and/or fraud management product and project management.
• Strong working knowledge of fraud and security risks, typologies, and emerging trends affecting fraud and financial crime.
• Organized, highly independent, and strong communication skills.
• Effective stakeholder engagement skills.
