Job summary

AltPayNet Corp. is seeking a Business Analyst to drive system enhancements, new features, and process improvements across our payments ecosystem.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and external partners to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation of software and system changes. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in Payments, Fintech, or Banking is preferred.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and technical documentation.
• Perform gap analysis and feasibility studies to determine viable solutions.
• Design end-to-end payment process flows (collections, payouts, reconciliation, settlement).
• Review and evaluate system modifications, integrations, enhancements, and fixes.
• Coordinate with development teams, vendors, and third-party providers during build and integration phases.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Develop comprehensive test cases including end-to-end scenarios.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and gather structured feedback from stakeholders.
• Produce BRDs, FRDs, process maps, data mapping documents, and impact assessments.
