The HR Generalist will manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, and HR policy administration, ensuring compliance and supporting employee experience as the organization scales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration or related field.
• 5–6 years HR experience, preferably from banking or financial services.
• Experience in a lean or fast-growing organisation covering multiple HR areas and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including postings, screening, interviews and pre-employment requirements.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, personnel records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave, benefits, and statutory requirements with Finance.
• Support employee relations, including concerns, performance, and disciplinary processes.
• Coordinate performance evaluation, training and employee development activities.
• Maintain HR policies, procedures, forms and trackers.
• Prepare basic HR reports and workforce updates for management.
• Ensure confidential handling of employee information and records.
• Support management in improving HR processes as the company grows.
• Perform other HR-related functions as assigned.
