Job summary

Sprout Solutions is seeking a Fintech Success Consultant to drive fintech upsell and adoption across the existing client base, owning ReadyCash end-to-end from opportunity to activation. You will act as the fintech specialist for Sales and Upsell teams, shaping GTM strategies, sharing product knowledge, and managing partner relationships.

You will collaborate with the Fintech team on roadmap, campaigns, and training, while delivering tailored presentations to senior stakeholders and maintaining

Qualifications

• Proven track record of exceeding upsell quotas in SaaS/enterprise B2B.
• Experience in consultative sales, account management, or enterprise customer success.
• Experience owning a product across the full client lifecycle, from opportunity creation to post-sale adoption.
• Experience in partner or vendor relationship management, including onboarding and performance tracking.
• Strong communicator and influencer with ability to advise internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Fintech Upsell & Expansion: achieve/exceed upsell revenue targets with activation focus for ReadyCash and other fintech products.
• Manage end-to-end upsell process: discovery, proposal, negotiation, closing, adoption, and reviews with client-first value.
• Lead ReadyCash end-to-end ownership: opportunity creation, activation, implementation, and post-activation reviews.
• Drive fintech engagement during account reviews and lifecycle touchpoints; build consultative relationships.
• Deliver customized presentations and proposals for operational and C-level decision-makers.
• Maintain a clear fintech pipeline and forecast in Sprout’s CRM from creation through activation.
• Serve as fintech resource for Sales/Upsell Teams; join calls, demos, and client meetings.
• Collaborate with Fintech team on roadmaps, GTM campaigns, and training updates; cascade to teams.
