AND Financing Corporation is seeking a Planning & Digital Marketing lead to develop and implement marketing plans across channels, drive digital initiatives, and optimize campaigns with data-driven insights.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency, monitor market trends, and manage relationships with agencies to maximize growth opportunities and brand impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administrative, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in fintech, banks, lending and other financial organization is required.
• Strong background in digital marketing, including campaign management and performance analytics.
• Established professional relationship with promotion agencies in the Philippines is highly preferred.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives across channels, including social media, search, email, and display advertising.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies using data driven insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate advertising and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, media partners, and promotion agencies.
• Oversee content development for marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Support promotional events to maximize reach and impact.
• Track marketing spends and ensure campaigns are delivered within approved budgets.
