Job summary

ibex in Metro Manila is seeking an Associate Director of Client Services to own strategic client relationships, ensuring successful delivery, growth, profitability, and exceptional client satisfaction.

This role supports multiple fintech clients and drives new program launches, governance, client engagement, issue resolution, and ongoing business expansion. You will lead cross-functional execution and client reviews, traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 8 years in a BPO Call Center with 2+ years in Sr. Manager level or above.
• Experience managing multiple clients, preferably fintech/banking/financial services.
• Experience invoicing, financial reporting, budgets, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients.
• Build strong client relationships while ensuring contractual commitments, service levels, and business objectives are achieved.
• Lead regular business reviews, governance meetings, and executive presentations.
• Partner with Operations, Workforce Management, Quality, Training, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and other teams to deliver objectives.
• Proactively identify risks, client concerns, and opportunities, driving resolution and action plans.
• Manage client requests and initiatives using structured project management with owners, timelines, and communications.
• Support new client implementations, program launches, and operational changes.
• Ensure accurate preparation and submission of client invoices with Finance and Operations.
• Monitor account profitability and revenue opportunities.
• Develop continuous improvement initiatives to enhance satisfaction and performance.
• Prepare client performance reports and executive presentations.
• Escalate significant issues and lead cross-functional resolution efforts.
• Host client site visits and demonstrate ibex's commitment to service excellence.
