Job summary

Raise Financial Services seeks a Business Development Manager to lead end-to-end broker partnerships, from initial discussions to commercial closure and technical go-live, coordinating the integration of Stratzy's software with broker platforms.

You will build senior relationships, negotiate terms, and manage a deal pipeline while staying updated on SEBI/NSE/BSE requirements and representing the company at fintech forums. This role focuses on collaboration across business and tech teams.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in the broking/fintech industry with direct exposure to broker partnerships, API integrations, or platform tie-ups.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and onboard new broking partners for Stratzy's algo marketplace integration.
• Lead commercial negotiations — revenue share, pricing structures, SLAs, and partnership agreements.
• Drive the deal lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, commercial structuring, contracting, and handover to integration/tech teams.
• Collaborate with Stratzy's tech and compliance teams to scope integration requirements with each broker (API access, data-sharing terms, etc.).
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with broker leadership (business heads, product heads, compliance heads).
• Track and report pipeline, deal status, commercials, and integration timelines.
• Stay current on SEBI/NSE/BSE regulatory requirements relevant to broker-algo vendor arrangements.
• Represent Stratzy at industry events, broker meets, and fintech forums.
