Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking a Business Continuity Manager to lead BCM activities, drive BIAs and recovery planning, and guide cross-functional teams in building resilient operations across the organization.

You will facilitate testing, track risks, and ensure alignment with regulatory standards and internal policies. The role offers opportunities to mentor BPCM Leads and strengthen continuity capabilities across business clusters, with a focus on sustainability and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Disaster Recovery, Information Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities across assigned business entities.
• Conduct and review Business Impact Assessments (BIA) and validate critical processes, resources, and recovery requirements.
• Guide business teams in developing, reviewing, and maintaining Business Continuity Plans (BCPs).
• Consolidate and align unit-level continuity plans into entity-wide business continuity plans.
• Facilitate business continuity plan testing, simulation exercises, and post-exercise reviews.
• Track and report gaps, risks, and action items to relevant leaders and stakeholders.
• Partner with business, enabling, and governance teams to strengthen organizational resilience.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to BPCM Leads and support continuity activities across assigned business clusters.
• Lead or support BCM workstreams such as governance, documentation, training and awareness, exercising, and audit and compliance.
• Ensure BCM activities are aligned with applicable standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
• Support continuous improvement of business continuity processes, frameworks, and practices.
