Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a BCM and Crisis Management professional to join its Global Security team in the Philippines. The role focuses on owning and implementing business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis response plans, aligned with ISO 22301 standards.

Responsibilities include ensuring site and geo level BCMS readiness, engaging client teams, and driving improvements to comply with contractual requirements. Regular training and management 1:1s are part of the cadence.

Job description

The position is part of Global Security team. Business continuity and Crisis Management team works closely with the Leadership, Business and Shared service teams. The team ensures that the BCM risks are understood, addressed and deviations reported proactively thus maintaining healthy BCMS culture at the region level.Providing SME oversight and strategic direction to the span for Business Continuity, Crisis Management and Disaster RecoveryOwnership and implementation in line with Business Continuity and Crisis Management Framework and associated proceduresEnsuring compliance to contractual obligations duly highlighting risk areas (if any)Ensuring Business continuity plans are completed at site/ location/ geo levels and maintained at predefined periodicityUnderstand dependencies for business processes, business functions, applications, technology, and internal /external parties related to the businessEnsuring engagement specific business continuity requirements are met in line with the contractual requirements, needful strategies and plans are in place and arrangements tested at agreed periodicityEngaging with client teams and providing the right solution apt to the BCM requirements of the clientEnsuring Risks are identified and highlighted at account/ location/ geo levelsDriving special projects to enhance organizations BCM arrangements and enhanced compliance requirements and are completed in a timely mannerEnsuring alignment of Geo level BCM arrangements to the requirements of standard ISO 22301 and certification (where agreed with management) thereofProviding strategic direction on BCM arrangements during client connectsComplete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe providedConduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with direct manager and/or direct reports
