Job summary

GoTyme Bank in the Philippines is seeking a Business Continuity Manager to develop, implement, and maintain robust business continuity and disaster recovery plans. You will identify critical functions, map dependencies, and ensure continuity of operations across all business units.

Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, documenting procedures, coordinating response efforts during incidents, and keeping executive leadership informed.

Qualifications

• BCP-related experience, preferably in the Financial Sector / Banking Industry
• BCP certification is preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills to liaise between business stakeholders and development teams
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage risks accordingly

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive business continuity plans (BCP) and disaster recovery plans (DRP).
• Identify potential threats and vulnerabilities that could disrupt business operations.
• Lead and coordinate response efforts during business disruptions.
• Test and validate BCPs and DRPs to ensure effectiveness.
• Develop training programs to ensure staff understand their roles during disruptions.
• Ensure BCPs and DRPs comply with regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to address potential risks.
