Job summary

Hongheng Construction Group (Phils.) Ltd. is seeking a skilled engineer to conduct mechanical and fluid–structure analyses during product development and for practical engineering problems.

You will provide simulation support, propose design optimization solutions, and prepare technical simulation reports. The role includes participating in structural design reviews and providing technical guidance to development teams, while organizing and standardizing analysis workflows and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related engineering field.
• Solid knowledge of fluid–structure interaction and numerical simulation.
• Proficiency in one or more FE/engineering simulation software packages.
• Familiarity with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, UG/NX, or Pro/ENGINEER.
• Ability to develop effective design optimization solutions from simulation results.
• Experience in wave simulation or floating-body analysis preferred.
• Strong learning ability and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel short- or long-term.

About you
