Job summary

SM Development Corporation seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support residential, parking, and common area developments. You will assist the Project Manager, monitor deliverables, and coordinate with contractors and consultants to keep on schedule.

Your duties include preparing turnover docs, tracking progress and costs, and producing project reports and meeting minutes. A Civil Engineering or related degree is required, with 1–3 years’ experience; professional license is a plus, not

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Professional License (Civil Engineer or Architect) is an advantage but not strictly required.
• Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in construction, engineering, or project supervision.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and basic scheduling software.
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to be mentored into higher project leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in monitoring progress of unit deliverables for residential, parking, and common areas.
• Support the preparation, verification, and submission of turnover documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants on day-to-day project activities.
• Track progress reports, cost updates, and scope changes for endorsement to the Project Manager.
• Prepare draft project reports, meeting minutes, and presentations for review and submission.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor compliance with safety, housekeeping, and quality standards.
• Assist in identifying risks/issues and elevate to the Project Manager for resolution.
• Perform assigned tasks and provide administrative and technical support for smooth project execution.
