Job summary

SM Development Corporation is seeking a Finishing Supervisor to support the Project Manager in coordinating residential, parking, and common area activities on-site. You will help supervise contractors, document progress, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

With 1–3 years of construction or project supervision experience, you will contribute to preparing turnover documentation, tracking progress, and communicating issues for timely resolutions, while being mentored toward higher

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 1-3 years' experience in construction, engineering, or project supervision.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and basic scheduling software.
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to be mentored into higher project leadership roles.
• Professional License (Civil Engineer or Architect) is an advantage but not strictly required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in monitoring progress of unit deliverables for residential, parking, and common areas.
• Support the preparation, verification, and submission of turnover documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants on day-to-day project activities.
• Track progress reports, cost updates, and scope changes for endorsement to the Project Manager.
• Prepare draft project reports, meeting minutes, and presentations for review and submission.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor compliance with safety, housekeeping, and quality standards.
• Assist in identifying risks/issues and elevate to the Project Manager for resolution.
• Perform assigned tasks and provide administrative and technical support for smooth project execution.
