Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd seeks a Finishing Supervisor to support the Project Manager in coordinating, monitoring, and executing project activities for residential, parking, and common areas in ongoing developments in the Philippines.

You will assist in contractor supervision, documentation, reporting, and safety compliance, gaining exposure to higher-level project leadership while delivering on time and within quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Professional License (Civil Engineer or Architect) is an advantage but not strictly required.
• Minimum of 1–3 years experience in construction, engineering, or project supervision.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in monitoring progress of unit deliverables for residential, parking, and common areas.
• Support the preparation, verification, and submission of turnover documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants on day-to-day project activities.
• Track progress reports, cost updates, and scope changes for endorsement to the Project Manager.
• Prepare draft project reports, meeting minutes, and presentations for review and submission.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor compliance with safety, housekeeping, and quality standards.
• Assist in identifying risks/issues and escalate to the Project Manager for resolution.
• Perform assigned tasks and provide administrative and technical support for smooth project execution.
