Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the Finished Goods Warehouse to manage receipt, storage, and release of finished products. You will ensure proper inventory recording, QA dispositions, and timely reporting of stock availability.

Responsibilities include receiving goods, verifying quality and quantity, organizing storage per FEFO/FIFO, and maintaining SAP records. You will also coordinate with QA, production, and dispatch to ensure compliant and efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and GWP standards desirable.
• Knowledge of 5S methodology and safety protocols.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs and other office applications.

Responsibilities

• Receive finished goods from production and ensure proper documentation and inventory recording.
• Verify quality and quantity of received goods and address discrepancies with QA/production.
• Store goods following FEFO and FIFO principles and monitor inventory levels.
• Maintain SAP records and update statuses based on QA reports.
• Coordinate with dispatch to prioritize release of cleared goods for timely delivery.
• Assist in audits and participate in 5S and safety initiatives.
