Job summary

Educar Shared Services Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate to oversee storage and handling of raw materials, ensuring FIFO compliance and strict food safety standards.

You will perform stock counts, operate forklift equipment and assist with cycle counts and month-end inventory audits. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to prepare materials for production releases, and timely reporting of discrepancies to supervisors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate or equivalent.
• Preferably with at least 1 year experience in the related position.
• Willing to work in MERRVILLE, PARAÑAQUE CITY.

Responsibilities

• Stores raw materials and supplies following FIFO and food safety standards for shelf life and storage.
• Counts and records stock during receiving, picking and releasing; assists in cycle counts and month-end inventory.
• Operates forklift, jack lift and weighing scale; maintains cleanliness of equipment.
• Inspects dry ingredients, materials and supplies before releasing to production to ensure shelf life and quality.
• Picks and prepares materials and supplies per production release form.
• Completes monitoring forms to record activity results for traceability.
• Prepares mis en place of raw materials and disposes of secondary packaging.
• Reports inaccuracies or issues to superiors and aided resolutions.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
