Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor to oversee inventory across regions, ensure accuracy, and lead a warehouse team. You will manage loading operations, monitor aging items, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in warehousing/inventory, SAP 4HANA experience, and ERP project familiarity, with strong data analysis and people management skills. Based in the Philippines, it supports a growing regional supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• 3-5 years in Warehousing & Inventory or 1 year as Supervisor.
• Experience using SAP 4HANA.
• ERP project implementation experience is a plus.
• Experience in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels and aging to ensure accuracy.
• Oversee warehouse operations, loading, dispatch and FIFO compliance.
• Lead the inventory reconciliation and reporting to management.
• Coordinate with QA on finished goods quality and non-conforming items.
• Supervise service providers, master data processes, and data integrity.
• Develop and implement inventory control policies to minimize losses.
