Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in warehouse operations or inventory management is required.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and GWP standards is desirable.
• Knowledge of 5S methodology and safety protocols.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Docs.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, and release of finished goods with accurate inventory recording.
• Verify quality and quantity of received goods with production/QA teams.
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO inventory principles and update SAP records.
• Prepare and submit inventory and QA disposition reports regularly.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and GWP in all warehouse activities.
• Coordinate with dispatch to prioritize release of cleared goods for delivery.
• Support 5S and safety programs; participate in audits as needed.
