Job summary

Aboitiz Foods, through Pilmico and Gold Coin, is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the Finished Goods Warehouse. The role manages the receipt, storage, and release of finished products, ensuring accurate inventory, QA dispositions, and timely reporting of stock availability.

You will apply FEFO/FIFO principles, maintain SAP records, monitor QA statuses, and coordinate with dispatch to ensure on-time deliveries. Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and GWP, plus 5S and safety practices, is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management; experience in a feedmill or manufacturing environment is a plus
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and GWP standards is highly desirable
• Knowledge of 5S methodology and safety protocols
• Basic knowledge of google sheet, docs and other office applications; advanced spreadsheet skills are a plus
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships

Responsibilities

• Receive finished products from production with proper documentation
• Verify the quality and quantity with QA teams and address discrepancies
• Store finished products following FEFO and FIFO inventory principles
• Monitor QA dispositions and update inventory status in records
• Prepare and submit inventory reports and reconcile physical counts
• Coordinate with dispatch to prioritize release for timely delivery
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and GWP and participate in safety audits
