Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the Finished Goods Warehouse responsible for receiving, storing, and releasing products while ensuring accurate inventory and adherence to QA dispositions.

This role collaborates with QA, production, and logistics to maintain FEFO/FIFO, update SAP records, and prepare daily or periodic reports. It emphasizes HACCP, GMP, and GWP compliance, plus 5S and safety training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and GWP standards.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of 5S and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Receive finished goods from production with proper documentation and inventory recording.
• Verify quality and quantity and coordinate with QA to address discrepancies.
• Store finished goods following FEFO and FIFO principles.
• Monitor QA dispositions and update SAP inventory accordingly.
• Prepare daily/periodic reports detailing inventories cleared for release and on hold.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records.
• Ensure HACCP, GMP, and GWP compliance in warehouse activities.
• Coordinate with dispatch to prioritize release of cleared goods.
• Support 5S activities and participate in safety trainings.
• Assist in audits and identify process improvements.
