Job summary

Alaska Milk Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Supply Planner – Finished Goods to balance customer service, inventory, and working capital. You will develop and maintain supply plans, translate forecasts into executable production and distribution steps, and collaborate with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering or related field.
3–5 years in supply planning or related functions.
Strong understanding of planning processes and inventory management.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel.
Knowledge of S&OP/IBP and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term supply plans.
Ensure product availability while optimizing inventory and working capital.
Translate demand forecasts into executable plans across production and distribution.
Monitor inventory health and KPIs, and identify improvement opportunities.
Identify and mitigate supply risks with cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Commercial teams.
