Job summary

Agripacific Corporation is seeking an Inventory Planner to lead Finished Goods inventory planning, storage capacity, and Distribution Center resource allocation from their Bulacan location. You'll work with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, and Fulfillment to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.

The role requires a relevant degree and 3–5 years in inventory or supply planning, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role, and proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/WMS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as listed.
• 3–5 years of inventory planning, supply planning or distribution operations experience.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Experience with Finished Goods inventory planning and Distribution Center operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of replenishment, coverage and stock availability management.
• Knowledge of warehouse capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Strong MS Excel skills with large data analysis.
• Experience with ERP/WMS or inventory management systems preferred.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop inventory requirement plans based on demand forecasts and replenishment schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability and identify shortages or overstock and capacity constraints.
• Coordinate inventory deployment activities across Distribution Centers.
• Plan manpower, storage space, and equipment to support operational activities.
• Balance resources according to inbound and outbound volumes.
• Monitor warehouse capacity utilization and forecast storage and throughput needs.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, and Fulfillment to communicate inventory risks.
• Monitor planning KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyze variances between planned and actual volumes and implement corrective actions.
