STMicroelectronics Philippines seeks a Finish Equipment Engineer to install and ramp up semiconductor manufacturing equipment and to create and maintain equipment documentation. You will monitor OEE and stability, perform MTBI analysis, and manage spare parts with strong Excel and Power BI skills.

The role requires BS in engineering and independence, with learning across manufacturing areas. Knowledge of ICOS machines and data-gathering experience (Jam; MUBA) is preferred; willingness to grow

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and semiconductor experience.

Responsabilidades

• Machine installation and ramp up.
• Create and maintain equipment docs (FMEA, PM/Machine Work Instructions).
• OEE improvement and stability analysis.
• MTBI analysis and improvement.
• Spare parts enrollment and maintenance.
• Knowledge of ICOS machines is preferred.
• Data gathering/monitoring (Jam, MUBA).
• Monitor yield, output and machine efficiency.
