Job summary

STMicroelectronics Philippines is seeking a Finish Equipment Engineer to support machine installation, ramp-up, and process optimization on the semiconductor line. You will create and maintain equipment documentation (FMEA, PM/WI), and monitor OEE, MTBI, and yield to drive improvements.

Required is a BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering with 5+ years in semiconductor equipment handling ICOS & STI systems, plus strong Excel/Power BI skills and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel and Power BI with 5+ years in semiconductor equipment.
• Ability to present clearly and work independently; willing to learn across manufacturing areas.

Responsibilities

• Machine installation and ramp up.
• Create and maintain Equipment Documents such as FMEA, PM Work Instruction, Machine Work Instruction.
• OEE improvement and Stability.
• MTBI analysis and improvement.
• Spare parts enrollment and maintenance.
• Monitor yield, output and machine efficiency.
