Job summary

STMicroelectronics in Cebu is seeking a Mechanical Engineering professional to support machine installation, ramp-up, and ongoing equipment documentation. You will drive OEE improvements, perform MTBI analyses, and monitor yield and efficiency to optimize manufacturing performance.

The role requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and the ability to work independently while being flexible to learn across different manufacturing areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or engineering-related field.
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills; data-driven mindset.
• Good presentation abilities and independent work style.
• Willing to learn across different manufacturing areas; TNF ops knowledge a plus.
• Basic machine programming ability.

Responsibilities

• Machine installation and ramp up.
• Create and maintain Equipment Documents (FMEA, PM Work Instruction, Machine Work Instruction).
• Improve OEE and maintain stability.
• Perform MTBI analysis and drive improvements.
• Enroll and maintain spare parts.
• Gather and monitor Jam and MUBA data; monitor yield, output, and machine efficiency.

YOUR ROLE

• Machine installation and ramp up
• Creation and maintenance of Equipment Documents such as FMEA, PM Work Instruction, Machine Work Instruction
• OEE improvement and Stability
• MTBI (Mean Time Before Assist) Analysis and Improvement
• Spare parts Enrollment and maintenance
• Handler Jam and MUBA data gathering and monitoring
• Monitoring of yield, output, and machine efficiency
• 5 years or more exposure on machine such as SPEA & MATRIX2

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or any Engineering courses
• Extensive knowledge of Excel and Power BI
• Good presentation Skill
• Can work independently
• Should be flexible and willing to learn on different areas in Manufacturing. Knowledge in TNF Operations will be an advantage.
• Can do basic machine programming
