Job summary

STMicroelectronics in the Philippines seeks an experienced Finish Equipment Engineer with 5+ years in semiconductor equipment to lead installation, ramp-up and process optimization on ICOS and STI machines.

You will create and maintain technical documents, monitor yield and machine efficiency, and drive improvements in OEE and MTBI while collaborating across manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required with semiconductor equipment experience.
• Proven ability to present technical information clearly.
• Experience working independently in a manufacturing environment.
• Interest in learning across different manufacturing areas.

Responsibilities

• Machine installation and ramp up in a manufacturing line.
• Create and maintain Equipment Documents (FMEA, PM Work Instruction, Machine Work Instruction).
• Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and achieve stability.
• Perform MTBI analyses and implement improvements.
• Enroll and maintain spare parts inventories.
• Possess good knowledge of ICOS machines.
• Collect and monitor Jam and MUBA data; monitor yield and machine efficiency.
• Provide data-driven insights to optimize production.

YOUR ROLE

• Machine installation and ramp up
• Creation and maintenance of Equipment Documents such as FMEA, PM Work Instruction, Machine Work Instruction
• OEE improvement and Stability
• MTBI (Mean Time Before Assist) Analysis and Improvement
• Spare parts Enrollment and maintenance
• Preferably has a very good knowledge of ICOS Machines
• Handler Jam and MUBA data gathering and monitoring
• Monitoring of yield, output, and machine efficiency

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering
• Extensive knowledge of Excel and Power Bi
• with 5 years relevant experience as Finish Equipment Engineering in semiconductor industry handling the machine of ICOS & STI.
• Good presentation Skill
• Can work independently
• Should be flexible and willing to learn on different areas in Manufacturing
• Can do basic machine programming
